Lauren van der Kolk
Lauren van der Kolk has over 18 years of international experience in the design industry. As a former Design director she has experience in setting up and managing creative, and multidisciplinary teams.
Her management skills include giving fair and critical feedback to the team, leading off-sites, and motivating the team to get the very best out of each team member. As a design leader, Lauren is very detail-oriented, with a great eye for the balance in designs. She's knowledgeable about the design, technical development & production process
Beyond her design & management skills, Lauren’s positive attitude and her abundance of energy make her a pleasure to work with. This kept everyone’s spirits high and created a great atmosphere amongst the team. Lauren is a real people's person, who understands feelings & needs very well.
